Dogs are welcome at the Grand Hyatt Vail. Our pet-friendly hotel looks forward to greeting your pup with treats upon arrival. A pet fee may be assessed by the hotel.

Attendee Information
Guest Fee: Members are welcome to bring guests to the conference. A guest registration fee of $300 applies to all guests 18 and older.
Name badges and wristbands will be available at check-in on Thursday at 6:00 at the Zen Garden and again Friday morning at the registration desk. Both are required for access to all conference events.
Wristband Details
Attorneys will receive a wristband granting access to all events including breakfast, lunch, and evening events.
Guests will receive a different color wristband, allowing them to attend evening events only.
